 I have 25+ years working with wigs and wig clientele. I managed Chick Wigs in the mall before opening my very first salon and continuing to sell and service wigs in addition to styling hair. I did volunteer work for the cancer center in Fredericksburg and donated time and wigs to their wig closet for cancer patients who could not afford them. For a period of time I was considered the "Wig Specialist" in the Look Good Feel Better program. I pride myself in being able to match a hairstyle before cancer treatments start and then recreate that style when the hair grows back. But wigs are not just for cancer patients. There are other forms of hair loss, and then there are the clients who like the convenience of just throwing on a pre-styled wig and heading off to work. I have even done wigs for Civil War and Victorian re-enactors.

My services consist of cutting and styling of new wigs. I will also wash, cut and style your existing wig no matter where you got it.

I would also like to start a donation program where people who have wigs that they no longer want or need can drop them off to be washed and restyled and given to someone who cannot afford one. People need to feel good about themselves when going thru trying times.
